About the "Eruboshi" Certification
The "Eruboshi" certification system is a program that recognizes companies that have met certain requirements after creating and submitting an action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace. The certification is awarded in three stages, based on the number of criteria met from the following five evaluation items: recruitment, continuous employment, working styles including working hours, ratio of women in management positions, and diversity of career paths.
In August 2024, TOKIWA was certified with a Grade 2 after meeting the criteria for four of the five categories. This time, it successfully cleared the final category, " ratio of women in management positions," and have now met all five criteria.
