Obtaining second star of Eruboshi Certification as promotion of women empowerment and advancementSep 2, 2024

Tokiwa Corporation has been certified as an Eruboshi company by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare for its effort in promoting women empowerment on Aug. 2, 2024.

Eruboshi Certification

Eruboshi is a certification system that can be awarded to the companies that satisfy certain requirements and have formulated and submitted action plans based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Empowerment and Advancement.  Employees are evaluated on the three-level scale based on the number of criteria they satisfied out of five evaluation criteria, such as Employment, Continued length of employment, working hours and work style, Ratio of managerial position, Diverse career path.

Tokiwa Corporation has been awarded as second star Eruboshi(second level), satisfying the criteria for four out of five criteria items.

Concrete initiatives

Tokiwa Corporation launched the DEI(diversity, Equity, Inclusion) Project with the aim of promoting women’s empowerment in 2021 and has promoted the creation of corporate culture in which all employees including women can shine.
